We stand behind the quality of our handmade creations. If you receive a defective item, we'll make it right.
Defective Items
Returns are accepted for defective items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return:
- Contact us at shophelengails@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect.
- Ship the item back to us.
- Once we receive the item, we'll ship you a replacement free of charge including shipping.
What Qualifies as Defective?
Defects include broken components, missing parts, or items that don't function as described. Please note that slight variations in color, fabric placement, or handmade details are normal and reflect the unique, artisan nature of each piece.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final once production begins. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged in Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll work with you to file a claim and send a replacement.
